Have you heard of the OLNA?

If your child is planning to apply for university, they need to study within an ATAR program from Year 11 onwards. In order to be eligible to enter an ATAR program, they need to pass the OLNA in Year 10. In addition to this, in order to graduate from a WA secondary school with the WACE, he/she will have to complete the OLNA (Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment).

The OLNA has 3 components: Reading, Writing and Numeracy with three separate assessments. Phoenix Academy in West Perth/Leederville is offering special out of school programs designed to prepare students currently in Years 9, 10 and 11 for the OLNA.

The Phoenix OLNA Preparation Course focuses on Reading and Writing assessments.

 Course Details:

  • Wednesday weekly for four weeks (November 22nd, 29th, December 06th and 13th).
  • 4-6pm
  • 2 hours each totaling 8 hours.

Are you an Educational Institution?

Phoenix Academy provides a range of customised training services and are able to provide onsite training at your school. If your school has at least 20 students, then Phoenix can send a teacher directly to a school for after school OLNA classes.
