The Phoenix Diploma of Business – Work Ready program provides students with a broad understanding of contemporary business practices used within a variety of entry-level positions in both the public and private sectors. Our carefully selected Units of Competency enable students to develop and formalise their knowledge and skills to enter the work force in a range of career paths.
On successful completion of the Diploma of Business, students are awarded a nationally recognised qualification within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) – Level 5
Although the primary focus of this program is employability skills, students may also use their Diploma to gain credit in a range of University/Higher Education programs.

Students from around the world can now receive the same face-to-face contact with your allocated class teacher through our Learning Management System. You will need to meet the same attendance and progress requirements as if you were still attending class on campus.
Through your class portal, Phoenix will continue to monitor attendance and progress of each and every student.

To participate in our "LIVE" online lessons you will need:
- A Personal Computer/laptop or compatible smartphone
- An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
